1. Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.
5. Experience with survey tools, data analysis software, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
