Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Addressing Customer Queries that come through Freshdesk, WhatsApp, Call or Telegram
2. Generating Referrals from Paid Users
3. Helping the users with IELTS Exam Booking

Ideal Persona:

1. Available for work-from-office internship
2. Can start the internship immediately
3. Available for a duration of 3 months
4. Should be comfortable in talking to strangers
5. Have a Laptop with Windows 10
6. Good Communication Skills

Work Timings: 10am to 7pm
